Goal: Learn Hindi words for everyday things you see at school and home.

You’ll learn: Easy Hindi names for objects like book, table, chair, pen, house, door, and more. You’ll also practise speaking and reading simple sentences.

Warm-up (30 seconds): Look around you! Can you spot three things in your room or classroom? Say their names in English, then try to guess them in Hindi!

Mission: Let’s learn new Hindi words for things at school and home.

Practice exercises:

  1. Say the Hindi word for “table” out loud three times.
  2. Write the word “घर” and its meaning in your notebook.
  3. Point to a chair and say “कुर्सी” clearly.
  4. Listen to the audio for “कलम” and repeat it.
  5. Make a short sentence using “दरवाज़ा”.
