Goal: Practise using Hindi action words in a fun way!

You’ll learn: to spot, say, and use action words in Hindi, play with pictures, answer questions, and boost your memory.

Warm-up (30 seconds): Stand up and act out “run”, “jump” and “read” while saying the English word aloud. Ready?

Mission: Play a matching game using action words and pictures, then try a quick quiz!

Practice exercises:

1. Look at a picture book and say what action is happening in Hindi.
2. Act out one action from the table and ask a friend to guess the Hindi word.
3. Write the Hindi word for “to play” five times.
4. Listen to an audio link and repeat the word aloud three times.
5. Draw a picture of someone jumping and label it with “कूदना”.
